At the Frankfurt Motor Show Kia and wanted to give a foretaste of what will be the new Rio. Were in fact distributed some pictures of the 5-door version, but from 2012 will also be available to the three-door version (present in Frankfurt).

The performance is still decent: 158 km / h top speed and 15 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h. The other engine is a diesel-powered 1.4-liter, slightly more powerful but more fuel efficient and emissions. As regards the gasoline engines, there is a 1.2 liter 83 hp and 121 Nm of torque and a 1.4 107 HP and 137 Nm of torque, which can be combined with an automatic transmission.
