2012 Ford Shelby GT500


At Auto Show New York, the Shelby American is exposed their most powerful version of the Super Snake GT-500 for now. With an amazing 800 horsepower, The 2012 Shelby GT500 will be the most powerful of America presented at the show. This first album of a living tradition of Shelby continues to introduce their cars in New York.

The new 5.4-liter engine gained 10 hp over its predecessor, while consumption and emissions reduced, allowing the Shelby GT 500 to avoid the tax known as "gas guzzler" that is paid on those vehicles with high fuel consumption . Ford has projected fuel consumption of 9.8 miles per gallon on the road (23 mpg) and 6.4 in city (15 mpg).
