2013 Mercedes-Benz G-Class



Mercedes-Benz G-Class debuts at the 2013 Beijing Motor Show, Although the exterior has not changed since 1979, the interior however, has been incorporated many technological improvements, including the new AMG V12 with 603 horsepower.

Like it's said above, Its exterior remains virtually unchanged since 1979 and has not been modified since. In addition, AMG models have a custom built grill with double bars, new bumpers with large air intakes and 20-inch wheels.

Moving on to the interior. The interior of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class 2013 used an instrument panel and dashboard redesigned to include additional elements, a large color screen for the online system COMAND, which includes a DVD system and a COMAND Drive, and all of that is standard on all models.

The G350 BlueTEC is equipped with a 3.0 liter V6 turbo-diesel that generates 208 horsepower, while the G500 has a 5.5-liter V8 engine that produces 382 hp.

Both G350BlueTEC and the G500 has a seven-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels via a sophisticated four-wheel drive system.

The benefits of this range are the two AMG models. The G55 AMG 5.4L V8 supercharged engine with an output of 500 hp is being replaced by the G63 AMG biturbo engine with the new 5.5-L V8 that reaches the 536 horses, while incorporating the ECO Start & Stop system.

In turn, The AMG G65, which also marks the first time that a V12 is mounted in Class G. The twin-turbo 6.0-liter unit delivers 603 hp, making it one of the most powerful in the world.
