Peugeot decided to give us a little taste HX1 unveiling its concept to be presented at the general meeting in Frankfurt.

The HX1 is presented with an aerodynamic unconventional and rather slender. With a length of 4.93 meters to 1.99 meters wide and 1.37 meters high, the HX1 gets a C x 0.28. Another interesting thing is a small spoilers assets located on the rear window optimize the aerodynamics of the vehicle by opening one after the 100 km / h exceeded. Wheels designed in the shape of a turbine effect also gives speed when the HX1 is moving.

The passenger, an original 4 +2, is available with four doors with no pillar antagonists and semi-open elytra. With electric drive, the driver can get on and off the HX1 while having no problem when driving, the best position possible.

The interior is carefully finished with fine materials like brushed metal, leather or fiber optics. Some surprises are also to go at the console with the appearance of a minibar and a coffee machine.

Under the hood we find the now famous Hybrid4 system already seen on the 3008 and soon available on the new 508 RXH but in a more powerful version. The block of Peugeot HX1 develop a total 299 horsepower thanks to its two engines, 4-cylinder diesel 2.2 of 204 hp and an electric motor of 95 horsepower.
